Coast to Coast

I originally started blogging when I was in California over Christmas break because I had so many great pictures and stories. It was my first time visiting Cali and I loved it, I am so fortunate I get to spend Spring Break here as well. Since I am here I should have some more interesting things to share. Hopefully.

After a long 5 hour 8 AM flight from Orlando to San Diego, we ate lunch and napped. Anyhow, we eventually got up and made our way to Imperial Beach to catch the sunset.

It really is beautiful watching the sunset on the beach, hopefully it will warm up so we can actually enjoy it! But in the meantime we may venture to the mountains tomorrow to see snow! Did I really just say that?? I didn't even bring any jackets! Oh well.

Sunny Days and Gloomy Nights

A cool feature of my little Canon camera is that it has a built in fish eye lens mode. I haven't found too many subjects that look better with the fish eye affect, but the sunset view from my apt actually looked pretty cool. It is unfortunate that we have screens on our windows, for photo taking purposes, but I tried to make the best of it. Between the fish-eye and screen it is an odd sunset photo, but who cares!?

Side note: Don't forget to be grateful for what you have each and everyday. The things you take for granted someone else is praying for every second.
